Shipping & Returns


All items are posted via our courier network. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.  Please provide a residential address for shipping.  Free postage for all Australian orders over $150. Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed. Occasionally, some of our products sell out and there may be a delay in shipping of up to 3 weeks.


If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and email us a photo of the damaged item  At our discretion we will either replace the item or issue you a refund. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer you a store credit or exchange. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form. PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
